Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Steady Strain Lures. We are committed to shipping quality products in a timely and reliable manner.

 

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times after processing are 3–7 business days for Standard Shipping and 2–3 business days for Expedited Shipping, if available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your order.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional delivery time. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Steady Strain Lures is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Steady Strain Lures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Apparel Fulfillment & Returns (Printify)

Apparel items (including shirts, hoodies, hats, and other branded merchandise) are produced and shipped by our trusted third-party fulfillment partner, Printify. These items are made to order specifically for each customer and may ship separately from lure orders.

Because apparel is custom printed on demand, Printify does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

If an apparel item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work directly with Printify to review the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with Printify’s policies.

Please note:

  • Apparel orders may have separate tracking information

  • Delivery times for apparel may vary slightly from lure orders

  • All apparel returns and replacements are subject to Printify’s fulfillment guidelines
