Steady Strain is run by an active-duty sailor who knows what it’s like to have very little free time. Long days and early mornings make time on the water rare, and when it happens, it means something.

The baits are hand-poured in small batches, with colors mixed by hand and runs kept small. Steady Strain focuses on making baits that simply catch fish. Most colors are tested by me or by family and friends before they’re offered.
